مشكلـة الدراسـة: تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس هل هناك علاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والأمن النفسي لدى العاملات في سجن الملز في الرياض؟
أهــداف الدراســة:
1- الكشف عن العلاقة الإرتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية والأمن النفسي لدى العاملات في سجن الملز في الرياض.
2- التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في كل من الضغوط المهنية بأبعادها والأمن النفسي بأبعاده تعود إلى اختلاف الخصائص الديموغرافية ( نوع الوظيفة, المستوى التعليمي, الحالة الاجتماعية, عدد سنوات الخبرة, العمر, الظروف الفيزيفية للعمل)
مجتـمع وعينــة الدراســة: يتكون من العاملات المدنيات والعسكريات في سجن الملز في الرياض والبالغ عددهن (135) عاملة وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة مقدارها (77) عاملة.
منهــج الدراســة و أدواتــها: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي, وتمثلت أدورات الدراسة في مقياس الضغوط المهنية لوليامز, كوبر, سلون. تعريب عويد المشعان, ومقياس الأمن النفسي لزينب شقير, وإستبانة البيانات الأولية من إعداد الباحثة.
أهم النتائـــج:
1- عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى0,05 بين الضغوط المهنية وأبعادها والأمن النفسي وأبعاده للعاملات في سجن الملز في الرياض.
2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول أبعاد الضغوط المهنية وأبعاد الأمن النفسي باختلاف متغير نوع الوظيفة, عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول أبعاد الضغوط المهنية وأبعاد الأمن النفسي باختلاف متغير المستوى التعليمي, عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول أبعاد الضغوط المهنية وأبعاد الأمن النفسي باختلاف متغير الحالة الاجتماعية, وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول أبعاد الضغوط المهنية وأبعاد الأمن النفسي باختلاف متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة, عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول أبعاد الضغوط المهنية وأبعاد الأمن النفسي باختلاف متغير العمر.

أهم التوصيات:
1- العمل على تحسين الظروف الفيزيقية والهيكل والمناخ التنظيمي في ببيئة العمل في سجن الملز في الرياض.
2- القيام بدراسات مستقبلية وافية حول سبل الحد من الضغوط النفسية المهنية للعاملات في سجن الملز في الرياض.

Research Problem: the study problem specifies by answering the main question of: Is there is a relation between professional pressures and psychological security with those who are working in Almalaz Prison in Riyadh?
Study Objectives:
1- To detect the correlation between the professional pressures and psychological security with those who are working in Almalaz prison (female) in Riyadh.
2- To recognize the statistical significance differences in each of professional pressures with its dimensions and psychological security with its dimensions due to the difference in demographical characteristics (job type, educational level, marital status, number of experience years, age, physical situations of work).
Study Population (sample): it consists of civilians and soldiers in Almalaz Prisons whose number is (135) worker and the study has been applied on a sample of (77) workers.
Research Methodology: the researcher has used the correlative descriptive methodology, and the study tools represented in measuring professional pressures for Williams, Coper, Salon. Transferred to Arab Awaid Almashaan, and security measurement for Zainab Shuqair, and the initial questionnaire prepared by the researcher.
Main Results:
1- There is no statistical significance relation at level of 0.05 between the professional pressures and its dimensions and the psychological security and its dimensions for the workers in Almalaz prison at Riyadh.
2- There are no statistical significance differences at level of 0.05 and less in directions of study individuals about the professional pressures dimensions and psychological security dimensions in difference of job type variable, there are no statistical significance difference at 0.05 level and less in directions of study individuals about the professional pressures dimensions and psychological security dimensions in difference of educational level variable, there are no statistical significance differences at 0.05 level and less in study individuals directions about the professional pressures dimensions and psychological security dimensions in difference of marital status variable, there are statistical significance differences at 0.05 level and less in study individuals' directions about the professional pressures dimensions and psychological security dimensions in difference of number of experience years variable, there are no statistical significance differences at 0.05 level and less in directions of study individuals about professional pressures dimensions and psychological security dimensions in difference of age variable.
Main Recommendations:
1- Trying to improve the physical circumstances, the framework and organizational climate in work environment in Almalaz prison at Riyadh.
To conduct enough prospective studies about the ways of limiting professional psychological pressures for the workers in Almalaz prison at Riyadh.
