مشكلة الدراسة: تكمن في الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: ما المحددات الشخصية والاجتماعية الداعمة للتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية؟
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في المشاركين في برنامج شباب مكة (نشاط التوعية بحق الطريق، ونشاط التعاون مع مرور العاصمة) والبالغ عددهم 1084، تم اختيار منه عينة عشوائية، بلغت 250 مفردة.
منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: تنتمي هذه الدراسة وفق أهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، معتمدة في ذلك على المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، واعتمد الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات لهذه الدراسة.
أهم النتائج:
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فيما يتعلق بمحور المحددات الشخصية الداعمة للتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية أن جميع عبارات هذا المحور جاءت استجابات المبحوثين بدرجة عالية جداً من الموافقة حيث كان متوسط المحور 4.245
- كما كشفت النتائج فيما يتعلق بمحور العوامل الاجتماعية الداخلية أن جميع أبعاد هذا المحور (أخلاقيات رجل الأمن، طبيعة العمل ، أخلاقيات الجمهور) جاءت استجابات المبحوثين فيه بدرجة عالية جداً من الموافقة فقد كان متوسط المحور 4.207
- كشفت نتائج الدراسة فيما يتعلق بمحور العوامل الاجتماعية الخارجية أن جميع أبعاد هذا المحور (دور الأسرة، دور المدرسة، دور المجتمع) جاءت استجابات المبحوثين بدرجة عالية من الموافقة بلغت 3.9507
- عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد العينة ترجع للعمر في جميع محاور الدراسة سوى بعدي (أخلاقيات رجل الأمن) و (دور المجتمع) فهما يشيران إلى فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في محور المحددات الشخصية الداعمة للتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية ترجع لمتغير المشاركات السابقة لصالح من سبق وأن اشترك في برامج وأنشطة تعاونية مع الأجهزة الأمنية.
- كذلك توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في محور المحددات الاجتماعية الداعمة للتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية (العوامل الخارجية) لصالح من سبق وأن اشترك في برامج وأنشطة تعاونية مع الأجهزة الأمنية، وذلك في بعدي دور الأسرة والمدرسة.
أهم التوصيات:
- غرس القيم الدينية والاجتماعية والأمنية في عقول الأطفال والشباب عامة إذ بينت نتائج الدراسة أن القيم من أهم المحددات التي دفعت بالشباب إلى المشاركة والتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية.
- توفير الدعم اللازم للبرامج والأنشطة القائمة، وطرح برامج مماثلة للبرامج القائمة والتي تهدف إلى تحقيق التعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية
- حث الأسر بضرورة متابعة أبنائهـم في اختيار الرفقة الصالحة، إذ أن أكثر المشاركين في البرامج والأنشطة كان تعريفهم بتلك البرامج يعود إلى جماعة الرفاق.
- حث أنساق المجتمع المختلفة على ضرورة المشاركة في البرامج والأنشطة التعاونية، فقد كانت الفروق الفردية بين أفراد العينة ترجع حسب متغير المشاركات السابقة لصالح من سبق له الاشتراك.

Research Problem: It is the answer of the following question; what are the personal and social
determinants supporting cooperation with security authorities?
Study Population (Sample): The study community is represented in the persons who participate in "Makkah Youth Program" (activity of awareness about road obligations and activity of cooperation with "Capital Traffic") who are 1084 individuals. A sample represented in a random sample of 250 individuals.
Research Methodology and toliy: According to the study objectives, it belongs to the descriptive study method. It depends on social survey of the sample. The researcher approved the questionnaire as the tool of data collection for this study.
Main Results:
- With regard to the topic of personal determinants supporting cooperation with security authorities, the study conclusions showed that in all statements of this factor the answers of respondents were favourably high as the average of this factor is 4.1683
- With regard to the topic of internal social factors, the study conclusions showed that all dimensions of this factor (morals of security man, work nature and morals of the public) the answers of respondents were favourably high as the average of this factor is 4.020
- With regard to the topic of external social factors, the study conclusions showed that all dimensions of this factor (role of family, role of school and role of society) the answers of respondents were high as the average of this factor is 4.0412
- No differences with statistical significance between the individuals of the sample are due to age in all factors of the study except for the two dimensions of (morals of security man) and (role of society) which indicate differences with statistical significance.
- There are differences with statistical significance between the personal determinants supporting the security authorities that are due to the variable of previous participations in favor of those who have precedent participations in cooperative programs and activities.
- There are differences with statistical significance in the factor the social determinants supporting cooperation with security authorities (external factors) in favor of those who previously participated in cooperative programs and activities with security authorities in the two dimensions of role of family and role of school.
Main Recommendations:
- Planting the religious, social and security values in the minds of children and youth in general whereas the study conclusions showed that the values are of the most important determinants which drove the youth to participate and cooperate with security authorities.
- Providing the required support and for the existing programs and activities and launching similar programs that aim at achieving cooperation with security authorities.
- Encourage families to follow up their children as to choosing good companionship as most youth who participate in programs and activities knew about such programs through their friends.
- Encourage different groups of society to participate in the cooperative programs and activities as the individual differences among the sample individuals are due to the variable of previous participations in favor of those who previously participated.
