مشـكلة الدراسة: تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في أن المنشآت الرياضية من المواقع الهامة والحيوية وتشكل هاجساً أمنياً للدولة وتوليها الحكومات الأهمية البالغة ضماناً لأمن وسلامة الحشود البشرية الهائلة المتواجدة في مثل هذه المواقع، ولا شك أن حوادث الحريق في هذه المنشآت تشكل خطراً كبيراً يهدد حياة تلك الجموع الغفيرة والمسؤولين والعاملين بها إضافة على ما قد يلحق بتلك المنشآت من خسائر كبيرة في الممتلكات ما لم تتوفر تدابير وقائيةمناسبة تحد من هذا الخطر، لذا فقد كانت هذه الدراسة مكملة لما انتهت إليه الدراسات السابقة في موضوع السلامة الوقائية من الحريق. وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس التالي: ما التدابير الوقائية المتخذة للحد من حوادث الحريق في المنشآت الرياضية بمدينة الرياض.
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في إدارة الأمن والسلامة والصيانة والتشغيل بالمنشآت الرياضية وعددهم(70) فرداً.
منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بمدخل المسح الاجتماعي الذي يلائم طبيعة هذه الدراسة والأهداف التي تسعى لها وبناء على طبيعة البيانات المراد جمعها، والمنهج المتبع في الدراسة، والوقت المتاح، وجد الباحث أن الأداة الأكثر ملائمة لتحقيق الأهداف هي(الاستبانة).
أهم النتائج:
1- أفراد الدراسة يرون عدم وجود فرق إطفاء خاصة بالمنشآت الرياضية.
2- أفراد الدراسة يرون عدم وجود قسم مختص مسؤول عن إجراء الكشف الدوري لأنظمة السلامة والإطفاء.
3- أفراد الدراسة يرون قلة الاهتمام بالتجارب الفرضية ودورها في رفع الجوانب الوقائية.
أهم التوصيات:
1- العمل على إنشاء فرق إطفاء خاصة بالمنشآت الرياضية.
2- ضرورة وجود قسم مختص بالمنشأة مسؤول عن إجراء الكشف الدوري لأنظمة السلامة والإطفاء.
3- الاهتمام بتنفيذ التجارب الفرضية على المنشآت الرياضية ودورها في رفع الجوانب الوقائية.

Research Problem: The problem of this study exists in the fact that sport facilities are one of the most important and active locations, and being a security obsession for the state which offers it critical importance to secure human crowds available in such locations. No doubt fire incidents in these locations poses significant threat for the lives of the crowds, public officers, and workers, in addition to what my happen to such facilities of damage to property unless a proper preventive measures taken to eliminate such risks. For this reason this study came as a complement to previous studies in the field of preventive safety against fire. The study problem could be summarized in the major following question:
What are the preventive measures taken to eliminate fire incidents in sport facilities in Riyadh City?
Study Population (Sample):
The population of this study consists of all the workers in safety, security, maintenance and operations department, at sport facilities, number is (70) persons.
Research Methodology and Tools
The researcher utilizes the Descriptive approach with social survey introduction which suits the nature of the study, and its objectives. Based on the nature of data collected, the approach adopted, and time available, the researcher found that the most suitable tool for the objectives of this study is the (questionnaire).
Main Results
1- The members of the population of the study investigated think that there are no Fire brigades specially allocated for sports facilities.
2- The members of the population of the study investigated think that there is no specialized division responsible for making periodical check for safety and fire systems.
3- The members of the population of the study investigated think that there is lack of caring about artificial fire drills and its role in elevating the preventive aspects.
Main Recommendations:
1- Work must be done to establish Fire brigades specially allocated for sports facilities.
2- There must be a specialized division responsible for making periodical check for safety and fire systems.
3- artificial fire drills must be executed in sport facilities because of its role in elevating the preventive aspects.
