مشكلة الدراسة:
لقد أضحى الانحراف الفكري مشكلة ومعضلة كبيرة تواجه الدول والمجتمعات، وتهدد الأمن والاستقرار ، ولقد رأينا آثار الانحراف الفكري على شباب الأمة الإسلامية الذي كان من آثاره ظاهرة التكفير والتفجيرات والاغتيالات ، ولذلك تظهر الحاجة إلى الوقاية منه ، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمواجهته وعلاجه، ولكون رجل الأمن هو أحد أهم العناصر المستهدفة في المجتمع، ولكل ماسبق وللخشية من تفشي ظاهرة الانحراف الفكري نحو رجال الأمن، وتأثرهم بذلك قمت بمحاولة الكشف عن أهم مظاهر الانحراف الفكري التي يتعرض لها رجال الأمن، وبيان أسبابها ومخاطرها وآثارها، والتعرف على الوقاية منها، وسبلها، وبيان مفهوم الانحراف الفكري ، وتنتهي المشكلة بسؤال رئيس هو : هل للانحراف الفكري لدى رجل الأمن أثر في أدائه الأمني؟
منهج الدراسة:
تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بشقيه( الاستقرائي التحليلي).
أهم النتائج:
1) أن الإسلام اهتم اهتماماً بالغاً بالأمن ، والله جل وعلا بين ذلك في كتابه العظيم .
2) أن الإسلام أولى عناية فائقة بالعقل، لذلك جاءات الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة في التحذير عن كل ما يشكل خطراً على العقل لكي يأمن الفكر من الزيغ والهلاك.
3) أنه لايمكن بأي شكل من الأشكال تحقيق الأمن الفكري إلا بسلوك المنهج الوسطي المعتدل ، وهذا لايمكن تحقيقه إلا بالاعتصام بالكتاب والسنة وماسار عليه سلف الأمة والعلماء.
4) خطورة الانحراف الفكري على رجل الأمن ، مما يستدعي أن تخصص له مراكز وأبحاث .
أهم التوصيات:
1) العمل وبشكل فوري لإيجاد خطط إستراتيجية شاملة تكفل وقاية رجل الأمن من الانحراف الفكري .
2) إصدار كتاب يتعلق برجل الأمن يحتوي على ما يخصه من أعمال وأحكام تتعلق في جوانب الأمن الفكري.
3) إقامة المؤتمرات السنوية للأمن الفكري داخل كل قطاع أمني.
4) إبراز فتاوى العلماء الربانيين لدى الجهات الأمنية.

Research Problem:
Intellectual deviation has become a big problem and major dilemma facing the countries and communities, and threaten security and stability. We have seen the effects of intellectual deviation on youth of the Islamic nation, which was raised by the phenomena of judging people as unbelievers, bombings and assassinations. Therefore, there is a need to prevent it, and to take the necessary action to confront this deviation and treatment. Considering the foregoing, and due to security officer being one of the key elements targeted in the society, and to avoid the spread of intellectual deviation phenomenon between security officers, and to protect them from its impacts, I sought to explore the most important aspects of intellectual deviation suffered by security officers, showing its causes, risks and effects, and to identify ways to prevent it, and to show the concept of intellectual deviation. The research problem will concluded by a major question: Does the security officer's intellectual deviation effect his security performance?
Study Method
Study is based on the (Analytic Induction) approach:
Key Findings:
1 - Islam attached great importance to security, and God Almighty shown this in His Great Quran.
2 – Islam gave careful attention to the human mind, so evidences from the Quran and Sunnah indicating the warning of everything that would be dangerous to mind in order to secure the human thought of aberration and perdition.
3 - Intellectual security cannot be in any way achieved, but by the moderate centrist approach and this can only be achieved by sticking to the Book of Allah and Sunnah and by what was followed by the nation's ancestors and scholars.
4 - The Most Important Recommendations:
1 – To work immediately on finding a comprehensive strategic plans to ensure protection for security officer from intellectual deviation.
2 - To issue a book on security officer, containing the works and provisions related to aspects of intellectual security.
3 - Holding annual conferences on the intellectual security within each security sector.
4 - Highlighting the opinions ( Fatwa) of the religious scholars for the security authorities.
