مشكلة الدراسة:
تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما علاقة جرائم السلب بالخصائص الاجتماعية لمرتكبيها؟
أهمية الدراســــــة:
تتمثل أهمية الدراسة في التوصل لنتائج علمية تسهم في معرفة علاقة جرائم السلب بالخصائص الاجتماعية لمرتكبيها, وذلك بهدف إيجاد الحلول المناسبة والخطط العلاجية للحد من انتشار مثل هذه الجريمة والتصدي لها بأسلوب علمي منظم.
أهداف الدراســـــة:
1- تحديد علاقة أنواع جرائم السلب بالخصائص الاجتماعية لمرتكبيها.
2- تحديد علاقة الوسائل المتبعة بالخصائص الاجتماعية لمرتكبيها.
3- تحديد علاقة أنواع جرائم السلب بالوسائل المستخدمة.
4- تحديد الفروق في استجابات المبحوثين التي تعود إلى خصائصهم الشخصية.

أهم التوصيات والمقترحات:
1- توفير فرص عمل للشباب؛ لأن العمل يوفر للشباب مصدراً للعيش ويمنحه مكانة اجتماعية تجعله أكثر استشعاراً لمسؤولية الوظيفية والاجتماعية فينأى بنفسه عن ارتكاب الجريمة خوفاً من أن يفقد وظيفته وسمعته.
2- من الأهمية أن ترفع المنظمات والشركات دخل أفرادها ليتماشى مع الظروف الاقتصادية الحالية, لأن الدخل الشهري المنخفض لا يساعد الفرد على تلبية احتياجاته المتنوعة وتحرمه من مجاراة أقرانه فيلجأ إلى ارتكاب جريمة السلب لإشباع رغباته المكبوتة.
3- الاهتمام بالأحياء السكنية الشعبية والتي لوحظ عدم إعطائها العناية الكاملة, من حيث عدم توافر أندية رياضية بها, أو مدارس ومراكز لمحو الأمية...؛ مما قد يجعل تلك المناطق مأوى للمنحرفين ومرتكبي الجرائم.

Problem of the study: The problem of the study is represented in the following main question: What is the relationship between the robbery crime and the social characteristics of larcenous?
Importance of the study: The importance of the study is represented in reaching the scientific results contribute to recognizing the relationship between the robbery crime and the social characteristics of the larcenous, in order to find appropriate solutions and processing plans to reduce the spread of such a crime and to address them in a scientific and organizing manner.
Objectives of the study:
1- Determine the relationship between the robbery's types and the social characteristics of the larcenous.
2 - Identify the relationship between the followed means and the social characteristics of the larcenous.
3 - Determine the relationship the robberies' types and the means used.
4 - Identify the differences in the responses of the respondents belonging to their personal characteristics.
Questions of the study:
1 - What is the relationship between the robbery's types and the social characteristics of the larcenous?
2 - What is the relationship between the followed means and the social characteristics of the larcenous?
3 - What is the relationship the robberies' types and the means used?
4 – What are the differences in the responses of the respondents belonging to their personal characteristics?
The most important recommendations and suggestions:
1 - Providing jobs for young people because the work provides youth with a source of living and grant them the social positions to make it more out of a sense of responsibility and social functional himself from committing the crime for fear of losing his job and his reputation.
2 - The companies and organizations should raise their employees' income to meet the current economic conditions, because low monthly income does not help the individual to meet the diverse needs and deprive him to do as his beers, so he performed the crime of robbery to satisfy his repressed wishes.
3 - Pay great attention to the popular residential neighborhoods, which is observed not to give full attention, in terms of the non-availability of sports clubs, or schools and literacy centers، which could make those areas a haven for perverts and perpetrators of crimes.
