مشكلة الدراسة: إن مشكلة الدراسة تتركز في الإجابة عن السؤال التالي: ما اتجاهات المعلمين نحو برامج التوعية الوقائية التي تقدمها المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني لطلاب المرحلة الابتدائية في المدارس الحكومية للبنين؟
أهداف الدراسة: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق الأهداف الآتية :
1) التعرف على برامج التوعية الوقائية المقدمة لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم.
2) التعرف على أهمية التوعية الوقائية لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم.
3) تحديد المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية التوعية الوقائية لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
4) التعرف على سبل زيادة فاعلية التوعية الوقائية لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
5) الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في إجابات المبحوثين طبقاً لمتغيراتهم الديموغرافية.
منهج الدراسة:استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وقد وجد الباحث أن الأداة الأكثر ملائمة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة هي:"الاستبانة".
أهم النتائج:
1. أن برامج التوعية الوقائية المقدمة لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم، تقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار (الموافقة بدرجة عالية).
2. أن أهمية التوعية الوقائية لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم، تقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار (الموافقة بدرجة عالية).
3. أن المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية التوعية الوقائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم، تقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار (الموافقة بدرجة عالية).
4. أن سبل زيادة فاعلية التوعية الوقائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين لطلبة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية للبنين بمحافظة الرس بمنطقة القصيم، تقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار (الموافقة بدرجة عالية).
5. لا توجد فروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات المبحوثين نحو أثر برامج التوعية الوقائية لطلاب المرحلة الابتدائية في المدارس الحكومية للبنين.

Research problem: the study problem focused on answering the following main question: what the impact of teachers' attitudes towards the preventive awareness programs that presented by the General Directorate of Civil Defense for the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province?
Research Objectives: this study aims to achieve the following objectives:
1) Identifying the preventive awareness programs presented to the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province.
2) Identifying the importance of preventive awareness programs for the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province.
3) Identifying the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of preventive awareness for the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province.
4) Identifying the ways of increasing the effectiveness of preventive awareness for the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province from the teachers point of view.
5) Detecting the statistically significant differences in the answers of respondents according to their demographics.
Methodology: The researcher has used the descriptive (survey) and he found that the most appropriate tool to achieve the study objectives is "the questionnaire".
Key Findings:
1. The preventive awareness programs presented to the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province are located in the fourth category on the Five-point scale, it is the category that refers to the option of (highly agree).
2. The importance of preventive awareness programs presented to the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province islocated in the fourth category on the Five-point scale, it is the category that refers to the option of (highly agree).
3. Theobstacles that limit the effectiveness of preventive awareness programs presented to the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province is located in the fourth category on the Five-point scale, it is the category that refers to the option of (highly agree).
4. The ways of increasing the effectiveness of preventive awareness programs presented to the governmental boys primary schools students in Al-Rass Governorate, Al-Qassim Province is located in the fourth category on the Five-point scale, it is the category that refers to the option of (highly agree).
There is no statically significant differences at the level of 0.05 and below in the respondents attitudes towards the impact of preventive awareness programs for the governmental boys primary schools students.
