Research Problem :
The study highlights the problem in question President: What are the
crimes of the press publishing system in Saudi Press and
Publications?
Study Objectives :
١ - Definition publishing crimes committed in the field of publishing and
journalism.
٢ - learn how to be protected from falling into the crimes of publishing
and journalism.
٣ - discuss the negative effects of publishing offenses journalist
Main Results:
١ - that the press played an important role in any society .
٢ - that press freedom is not absolute but is restricted.
٣ - that the lesson of the crime in the press is in check publicity .
Main Recommendations:
١ - to be a point of view in the irregularities committed by the
newspapers of the judicial courts .
٢ - Increase in holding intensive training courses for journalists to
educate them in the regulations .
٣ - that there is a classification of crimes and punishments are more
accurate than it is now .
