Thesis Title: The role of Social Worker in treating the unethical problems for correctional institutions female prisoners.
(Field Study of Women Prison in Riyadh City)

Study Problem: the research problem lies in the following major question: What is the role of Social Worker in treating the unethical problems for correctional institutions female prisoners?
Study Methodology: The descriptive surveying approach.
Study Population: the study population consists of the female social workers and prisoners of Riyadh Women Prison, their number is (14) social workers and (52) prisoners.
Data Collecting Tools: two questionnaires were used; the first is related to female social workers and the second one is related to female prisoners to collect the study data.
Key Findings:
1- The study found that the spreading of four letter words is the most important unethical problems in the correctional institutions.
2- The study concluded that the attention of female social workers to follow the unethical problems prisoners is the most prominent role for the social worker in diagnosing the unethical problems for the correctional institutions prisoners.
3- The study shows that fixing values concepts through various cultural programs is one of the important ways of treating the unethical problems of correctional institutions prisoners.
4- The study concludes that the lack of social workers experience is one the major obstacles that facing the social worker role in treating the unethical problems of correctional institutions prisoners.
5- The findings show that preaching and guidance are done in a rigid manner from the standpoint of prisoners.
Key Recommendations:
1. The researcher recommends that it is necessary to allocate the programs of awareness for prisoners to protect them from the unethical problems.
2. It is necessary to isolate the prisoners with unethical offending away from the other prisoners in order to reduce the unethical problems.
3. Spreading the religion awareness and monitoring the prisoners' dormitories.
4. Granting financial aids to the prisoners in order to ensure that they will not commit crimes.
5. It is necessary to hold training courses during the work of social workers to provide them with new things in the social service field.

مشكلة الدراسة: تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي« ما دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في معالجة المشكلات غير الأخلاقية لدى نزيلات المؤسسات الإصلاحية ؟ »
منهج الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي المسحي.
مجتمع الدراسة: يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الأخصائيات الاجتماعيات والنزيلات في سجن الرياض النساء والبالغ عددهن (14) أخصائية اجتماعية و(52) نزيلة
أدوات جميع البيانات: تم استخدام استبانتين الأولى خاصة بالأخصائيات الاجتماعيات والثانية خاصة بالنزيلات وذلك لجمع بيانات الدراسة.
أهم النتائج:
1- توصلت الدراسة إلى أن انتشار الألفاظ النابية بشكل صريح بين النزيلات من أهم المشكلات غير الأخلاقية الموجودة في المؤسسات الإصلاحية.
2- خلصت الدراسة إلى أن اهتمام الأخصائية الاجتماعية بمتابعة نزيلات المشاكل غير الأخلاقية من أبرز أدوار الأخصائية الاجتماعية في تشخيص المشكلات غير الأخلاقية لدى نزيلات المؤسسات الإصلاحية.
3- بينت الدراسة أن إرساء مفاهيم القيم من خلال برامج ثقافية متنوعة من أهم طرق علاج المشكلات غير الأخلاقية لدى نزيلات المؤسسات الإصلاحية.
4- توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نقص خبرة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين من أبرز المعوقات التي تواجه دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في معالجة المشكلات غير الأخلاقية لدى نزيلات المؤسسات الإصلاحية.
5- أظهرت النتائج أن الوعظ والإرشاد يتم بأسلوب جامد وذلك من وجهة نظر النزيلات.
اهم التوصيات :
1. توصي الباحثة بضرورة تخصيص برامج توعية للنزيلات تحميهن من المشكلات غير الأخلاقية.
2. ضرورة عزل النزيلات الممارسات للجرائم غير الأخلاقية عن باقي النزيلات وذلك للتقليل من المشكلات غير الأخلاقية
3. نشر الوعي الديني، ووضع رقابة على مهاجع النزيلات .
4. ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية أثناء عمل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وذلك لتزويدهم بكل ما هو جديد في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية .
5. منح مساعدات مادية للنزيلات لضمان عدم ارتكابهن الجرائم.
