Study Title: Building a Model for Operations Management of Responding to the Radiation and Nuclear Accidents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Study Problem: What is the proposed model to manage responding nuclear and radiation accidents?

Study Objectives: the study aims at building a model to manage the processes addressing the radiation and nuclear accident by identifying the tasks and stages for responding to such accidents under a number of international trials.
Study Community and Sample: the research sample is made of (51) experts in the radiation and nuclear sciences, administrational sciences and specialized in crisis management.
Study Population (sample) : the researcher used the descriptive method and the analytical approach to analyze the reviewed studies, systems, plans and literature to form an initial perception of the ideal model. The researcher also used Delfay method in testing the composition of the proposed model.

Main Results:
1. Completing all tasks of the proposed intervention to manage responding processes in radiation and nuclear accidents are very important for experts.

Main Recommendations:
1. Studying the degree of benefit from the proposed model for some entities in leading the intervention processes for the radiation and nuclear accidents.
2. Studying the degree of benefiting from the task arrays and integrating them with the national plan to respond to radiation and nuclear emergencies and various emergency plans.
3. Studying the degree of benefit from the proposed structure to lead accident responding when facing various Disasters.

مشكلة الدراسة: ما الأنموذج المقترح لإدارة عمليات مواجهة الحوادث الإشعاعية
والنووية ؟
أهداف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى بناء أنموذج لإدارة عمليات مواجهة الحوادث الإشعاعية والنووية من خلال معرفة مهام ومراحل الاستجابة لتلك الحوادث في ضوء عدد من التجارب العالمية.
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: تتكون عينة الدراسة من (51) خبيرا في التخصصات
الإشعاعية والنووية, والإدارة العامة, والمختصين في إدارة الكوارث.
منهج الدراسة وأسلوبها وأداتها: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي, والمدخل التحليلي لتحليل ما تم الاطلاع عليه من دراسات وأنظمة وخطط وأدبيات, لتكوين التصور المبدئي للأنموذج . كما استخدم الباحث أسلوب دلفاي في اختبار مكونات الأنموذج المقترح.
أهم النتائج:
1- حصول جميع مهام الاستجابة المقترحة لإدارة عمليات المواجهة في الحوادث الإشعاعية والنووية على درجات أهمية عالية جداً من قبل الخبراء.
2- حصول جميع مراحل الاستجابة المقترحة لإدارة عمليات المواجهة في الحوادث الإشعاعية والنووية على درجات موافقة عالية جداً من قبل الخبراء
أهم التوصيات:
1- دراسة مدى الاستفادة الجهات المعنية بقيادة عمليات الاستجابة للحوادث الإشعاعية والنووية من الأنموذج المقترح عند مواجهتها.
2- دراسة مدى الاستفادة من مصفوفة المهام وإدراجها ضمن الخطة الوطنية للاستجابة للطوارئ الإشعاعية والنووية, وخطط الطوارئ المختلفة.
3- دراسة مدى الاستفادة من الهيكل التنظيمي المقترح لقيادة الحوادث عند مواجهة الكوارث المختلفة.
