Study Title: Establishment of proposed model for developing vocational rehabilitation program in the juvenile organizations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Subject of Research: The problem of the study: the problem of the study appears by establishment of proposed model for developing rehabilitation and vocational program in the juvenile organizations, and then the main question will be determined for this study as following: what is the suitable model for developing the program of vocational training in the juvenile organizations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?
Study Objectives: The main objective of the study represented in: establishing of proposed model for developing the program of rehabilitation and vocational training in the juvenile organizations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through this main objective, the study endeavors to achieve the following objectives:
- To identify the most important requirements of suitable vocational training in the juvenile organizations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
- Determining the most important factors of the content for the main objectives for suitable vocational training programs for the juvenile organizations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Identify the suitable contents for vocational training programs in the juvenile organizations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Identify the mode ( type) of suitable vocational training programs in the juvenile organizations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Identify the suitable methods of vocational training for vocational training programs in the juvenile organizations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Identify if there is a significant differences in the opinions of the juvenile under study about the pivots of study according to their personal and position variables.
The society and the sample of study:
The society of the study composed of experts and field specialists in the rehabilitation and vocational training in kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the quantity of the trainers reach to 235 distributed to all districts of kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and quantity of the experts are 35 that taken purposely because the defined criteria is knowledge in the program of vocational rehabilitation program.
The methodology of study and its tools:
In this study the descriptive analytical methodology have been used to study the actuality and the needs of the hostages through the tool of the study and study the programs of vocational rehabilitation delivered in the juvenile organizations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia in which of its results a proposed model will be established for developing the programs of vocational rehabilitation via questionnaire prepared for this purpose.



The most important recommendations:
- The study showed that the personnel of the study agree on diagnose the status through determining the needs of the hostages and the juvenile organizations to support the programs of the vocational training and rehabilitation via the opinions of the experts and the field specialists in the area of rehabilitation and vocational training in the juvenile organizations, which compatible with the most important objectives for the programs of rehabilitation and vocational training in the juvenile organizations.
- The results of the study showed that the personnel of the study agree on providing job opportunities for the hostages, and distribute the culture of vocational works among the hostages, and raise up the ethical commitment for the hostages and facilitate the social emerge for the hostages.
- The results of the study showed that the personnel of the study agree on determining the requirements of the proposed form: in this stage the most important suitable requirements for the proposed form will be determined, via selection and determination of new status for training and vocational rehabilitation in the juvenile organizations, and also determining the variables conditions of the vocations and link this to the proposed training fields and the needs of work market and training of hostages on special craft as per the need of the hostages and the need of work market.
- The results of the study showed that the personnel of the study agree on the content of the proposed form (organizing of the content): through this component the suitable content of the will be selected, by depending on the opinions and trends of the experts and field specialists and the need of the hostages. In addition to the assistance of the most important related experiences.
- The results of the study showed that the personnel of the study agree on determining the required experiences for delivering the program: in this component, according to the opinions and trends of the experts and field specialist in the area of rehabilitation and vocational training, determination of the required experiences will be carried out and delivered to the program.
- The results of the study showed that the personnel of the study agree on the confirmation of success of the program and the benefit of the hostages from the vocational rehabilitation, via clear measuring means and determined which evaluate and measure to what extent the hostages have been benefit from special craft or skills or vocation and practice them after training by the supervisors and the trainers of the programs as well as field specialists in this area

The most important recommendations:
The recommendation of implementing the suggested model:
1. Providing counseling register for the trainee indicating the steps of implementing the program and the methods of ideal implementation. This depends on the nature of the training program and its objectives.
2. Proving the suggested model after securing its requirements on the shape of training case specifying the structure of the training program.
3. Putting quantitative and qualitative assessment model in addition to credited model to measure the production efficiency.

مشكلة الدراسة : تتبلور مشكلة الدراسة ببناء نموذج مقترح لتطوير برامج التأهيل والتدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية بعد التعرف على أراء ووجهات نظر الخبراء المختصين الميدانيين في التدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية، وبذلك يتحدد السؤال الرئيس لهذه الدراسة كالتالي: ما هو النموذج المناسب لتطوير برامج التدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية بالمملكة العربية السعودية؟.
أهداف الدراسة: يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة في: بناء نموذج مقترح لتطوير برامج التأهيل والتدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية. ومن خلال هذا الهدف الرئيسي، فإن الدراسة تسعى لتحقيق الأهداف الفرعية التالية:
- التعرف على أهم متطلبات التدريب المهني المناسب في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- تحديد أهم العوامل التعرف على محتوى توضيح مدى أهمية الأهداف الأساسية لبرامج التدريب المهني المناسبة للمؤسسات الإصلاحية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعرف على المحتوى المناسب لبرامج التدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعرف على نمط (نوع) التدريب المهني المناسب في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعرف على أساليب التدريب المهني المناسبة لبرامج التدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعرف فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة في آراء المبحوثين حول محاور الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيراتهم الشخصية والوظيفية.
مجتمع الدراسة : مجتمع الدراسة تكون من الخبراء والمتخصصين الميدانيين في التأهيل والتدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية ، والذين بلغ عدد المدربين ومن بحكمهم 235 موزعين على كافة مناطق المملكة ، اما عدد الخبراء المختارين فحدد ب 35 و اخذ بطريقة غرضية نظرا لان المعيار الذي حدد هو المعرفة في برامج التاهيل المهني .
منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: في هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة واقع واحتياجات النزلاء من خلال أداة الدراسة والوقوف على برامج التأهيل المهني المقدمة في المؤسسات الإصلاحية في المملكة العربية السعودية، التي على ضوء نتائجها يتم بناء نموذج مقترح لتطوير برامج التأهيل المهني من خلال استبانة اعدت لهذا الغرض.
أهم النتائج:
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان افراد الدراسة موافقون على تشخيص الوضع من خلال رصد احتياجات النزلاء والمؤسسات الإصلاحية لدعم برامج التأهيل والتدريب المهني من خلال آراء الخبراء والمتخصصين الميدانيين في مجال التأهيل والتدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية، وبما يتماشى مع أهم الأهداف الأساسية لبرامج التأهيل والتدريب المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية .
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان افراد الدراسة موافقون على توفير الفرص للحصول على عمل من قِبل النزلاء، ونشر ثقافة العمل المهني بين النزلاء، ورفع الالتزام الأخلاقي لدى النزلاء وتسهيل عملية الإدماج الاجتماعي للنزلاء.


- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان افراد الدراسة موافقون على تحديد المتطلبات للنموذج المقترح: وفي هذه المرحلة يتم تحديد أهم المتطلبات الأساسية المناسبة للنموذج المقترح، من خلال اختيار وتحديد ورصد أوضاع جديدة للتدريب والتأهيل المهني في المؤسسات الإصلاحية، وكذلك تحديد الظروف المتبدلة للمهن وربط ذلك بمجالات التدريب المقترحة وحاجات سوق العمل وتدريب النزلاء على حرفة معينة حسب حاجة النزلاء وحاجة سوق العمل.
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان افراد الدراسة موافقون على محتوى النموذج المقترح (تنظيم المحتوى): ومن خلال هذا العنصر يتم اختيار المحتوى المناسب، وذلك بالاعتماد على آراء واتجاهات الخبراء والمتخصصين الميدانيين وحاجات النزلاء، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بأهم التجارب ذات العلاقة.
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان افراد الدراسة موافقون على تحديد الخبرات المطلوبة لتقديم البرنامج: وفي هذا العنصر يتم وبالاعتماد على آراء واتجاهات أصحاب الخبرة والاختصاص من الميدانيين في مجال التأهيل والتدريب المهني، تحديد الخبرات المطلوبة لتقديمها في البرنامج.
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان افراد الدراسة موافقون على التأكد من مدى نجاح (البرنامج) واستفادة النزلاء من برامج التأهيل المهني، من خلال وسائل قياس واضحة ومحددة تقيس مدى استفادة النزيل من مهارة معينة على حرفة أو مهنة وممارستها وذلك بعد التدرب عليها من قبل القائمين على البرنامج من المشرفين والمدربين والمتخصصين الميدانيين في ذات المجال.

أهم التوصيات:

توصيات تنفيذ النموذج المقترح:
1- وضع سجل إرشادي للمتدرب يوضح خطوات تنفيذ البرنامج وطرق التنفيذ المثالية وهذا يعتمد على طبيعة البرنامج التدريبي وأهدافه.
2- وضع النموذج المقترح بعد تأمين متطلباته على شكل حقيبة تدريبية يحدد من خلالها ما هيئة البرنامج التدريبي.
3- وضع نماذج للتقويم الكمي والتقويم النوعي ونماذج معتمدة لقياس كفاءة الإنتاج.
