N2  - مشكلة الدراسة: تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: ما دور العاملين بالجمعيات الخيرية في محافظة ينبع لتعزيز قيم الأمن الإنساني؟.
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: يتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع العاملين في الجمعيات الخيرية بمحافظة ينبع البالغ عددها (11) جمعية خيرية، وبلغ عدد أفراد مجتمع الدراسة العاملين بالجمعيات الخيرية بالمحافظة (124) فردا وفقاً للإحصاءات الإدارية بالمحافظة لعام 1432هـ. وقام الباحث باختيار أسلوب الحصر الشامل، حيث قام بتوزيع الاستبانات مناولةً أو بالاستعانة ببعض الأشخاص ، وقام بتوزيع (124) استبانة على العاملين بالجمعيات الخيرية بمحافظة ينبع، استرد منها (95)، الصالح منها للتحليل (87) استبانة.
طرائق الدراسة وأدواتها: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها، وقد اعتمد الباحث على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة. 
أهم النتائج:  
1.	يرى أفراد عينة الدراسة أن دور الجمعيات الخيرية بمحافظة ينبع ضعيف في تعزيز قيم الأمن الإنساني اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وثقافياً وصحياً، ولكن مع هذا فهي تقدم بعض الخدمة في مجال تقديم المساعدات المالية للمستفيدين بصفة شهرية، تقدم مساعدات مالية للمستفيدين في الأعياد والمناسبات، والإسهام في سداد إيجار السكن، وتوفير فرص الحصول على عمل مناسب للعاطلين، وإنشاء فصول لتعليم النساء، وإقامة ندوات للتواصل بين كافة فئات المجتمع، وتقديم أدوات مساندة لأصحاب العجز الكلي والجزئي، ودعم الأسر الفقيرة للحصول على الغذاء الصحي، وزيارة المنازل للكشف عن مدى ملاءمتها للظروف البيئية صيفاً وشتاء، توفير الرعاية الصحية للمستفيدين، والمشاركة في جهود التطوع البيئي.
2.	أفراد الدراسة موافقون على أن أهم المعوقات التي تحد من دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تعزيز قيم الأمن الإنساني، تتمثل في: وجود فرق كبير بين إمكانات الجمعية وبين الخدمات المطلوبة منها، قلة توافر الأجهزة والأدوات اللازمة لمساعدة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، تدني مستوى التبرعات المالية، قلة عدد العاملين بالجمعية، عدم وجود تنسيق مع مؤسسات القطاعين الحكومي والخاص.
3.	أفراد الدراسة موافقون على أن أهم سبل التغلب على المعوقات التي تحد من دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تعزيز قيم الأمن الإنساني تتمثل في: رفع مستوى التبرعات المالية، زيادة مستوى التنسيق مع المؤسسات الحكومية المعنية، التدقيق الجيد في المعلومات التي يقدمها المستفيدون عن أنفسهم، زيادة الدعم المادي الحكومي، الحرص على ممارسة التنسيق مع مؤسسات القطاع الخاص.
أهم التوصيات
-	العمل على رفع مستوى التبرعات المالية للجمعيات الخيرية بمحافظة ينبع.
-	العمل على رفع مستوى التنسيق مع المؤسسات الحكومية المعنية.
-	القيام بتوفير قاعدة بيانات بالإمكانات المتوفرة والاحتياجات الفعلية; Study Population (sample): Study population is composed of all the staff working in the charities in Yanbu governorate which are (11) charities. The studied members working in charities in the governorate (124) from the Administrative statistics in the governorate for 2011. The researcher has handed some and others by the help of some has chosen assistance the researcher applied the method of comprehensive enumeration, as he distributed questionnaires by help of some individuals he distributed (124) questionnaires on charities in Yanbu governorate, recovered (95), (87) questionnaires are valid for analysis.
Research Methodology and toliy: Descriptive analytical method to achieve the study objectives and answer its questions, the researcher has adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data for this study.
Main Results:
1- Study sample members are of the opinion that  charities  have a rare role in promoting the values of human security, economically, socially, culturally, and health, However, they offer their services in this field through: providing monthly financial assistance to beneficiaries, provide financial assistance to beneficiaries in feasts and events, contribute to pay houses rent, provide suitable employment opportunities for the unemployed, create classes for women educating, holding seminars for communication between all segments of society, provide support tools to partial and total disability, support poor families to get healthy food, visit homes to detect the suitability of environmental conditions in summer and winter, providing health care to beneficiaries and participate in environmental volunteer efforts.
2- Members of the study agree that the most important obstacles that limit the role of charities in promoting the values of human security, namely: there is a significant difference between the potential of the Charity and the services required, the lack of availability of necessary equipment and tools to help those with special needs, the low level of financial contributions, the small number of Charity workers, lack of coordination with both government and private sectors institutions.
3- Members of the study agree that the most important ways to overcome the obstacles that limit the role of charities in promoting the values of human security are: call to raise the level of financial contributions, increase the level of coordination with relevant government institutions, checking well information provided by the beneficiaries themselves, increase financial government support, being careful to exercise coordination with the private sector.
Main Recommendations
•	Raise the level of financial contributions to charities in Yanbu governorate.
•	Interest and concern for increasing the level of coordination with relevant government institutions.
•	Provide a database of available potential and the actual needs
