N2  - مشكلة الدراسة: تسعى الدراسة إلى معرفة الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي:
ما أبعاد جريمة التسلل البحرية وآلية مواجهتها في المملكة العربية السعودية ؟
أهداف الدراسة:
1-	توضيح مفهوم جريمة التسلل البحري وأضراره.
2-	توضيح أركان جريمة التسلل البحري.
3-	معرفة العقوبات المترتبة على جريمة التسلل البحري.
4-	تطوير طرق مكافحة جريمة التسلل البحري.
منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: اعتمد الباحث  في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي.
 أهم النتائج:
1.	 تتنوع الأضرار الأمنية لجريمة التسلل من أضرار سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية،  وجنائية مثل تهريب المخدرات والمواد المسكرة وتهريب الأسلحة والمتفجرات. 
2.	 تتنوع دوافع التسلل ما بين دوافع اقتصادية، وسياسية، وأمنية، واجتماعية، وعقائدية،حيث إن دوافع التسلل تندرج تحت الأهداف التي يسعى المتسللون لتحقيقها.
3.	إن نظام أمن الحدود  جاء تأكيداً لتنظيم وفرض سيادة الدولة ولحماية وأمن حدودها ومن ثم حماية إقليمها ومجتمعها من كل المغرضين وذوي النوايا السيئة ولاتخاذ إجراءات المنع والوقاية والضبط والقمع.
أهم التوصيات:
1.	تضمين كافة المناهج التدريبية والتعليمية الخاصة بضباط وأفراد حرس الحدود البحريين مواد ودروس حول القانون الدولي للبحار وأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وقوانينها المتعلقة بالمنطقة الحدودية البحرية مع تركيز خاص على الأهمية الأمنية لمنطقة الحدود البحرية.
2.	توفير الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال التقنيات الحديثة لمنسوبي حرس الحدود.
توفير أحدث الأجهزة والتقنيات اللازمة  لقيام حرس الحدود بمهامه; Study Title: To infiltrate the maritime crime in Saudi regime.

Research Problem: The study seeks to find out the answer to the main question follows:
What dimensions of the crime to infiltrate the marine and the mechanism encountered in Saudi Arabia?
Study objectives:
1-  clarify the concept of crime to infiltrate the maritime and its harms. 
2 - clarify the elements of the crime to infiltrate sea.
3 - Know the penalties for the crime of infiltrating sea.
4 - Develop ways to combat maritime crime infiltration.
Research Methodology and Tools The researcher in this study, the descriptive approach 
Main results:
1. Varies damage the security of the crime infiltration of political damage, social and economic, and criminal, such as the smuggling of drugs and intoxicating substances and the smuggling of weapons and explosives.
2. Varied motives sneak between the motives of economic, political, and security, and social, and ideological, as motivated to sneak fall under the objectives sought by the hackers to achieve them.
3. The system of border security came confirmation of the organization and the imposition of state sovereignty and to protect the security of its borders and then protect its territory and society from all the biased and people with bad intentions and actions of prevention, prevention, control and repression.
Main recommendations:
1. Include all of the training curriculum and special educational officers and border guards marine materials and lessons about the international law of the sea and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its laws concerning maritime border area with special emphasis on the importance of the area died maritime border.
2. Providing specialized training courses in the field of modern technologies for employees of border guards.
3. Providing the latest equipment and techniques necessary to do tasks related to border guards
