N2  - مشكلة الدراسة : وتتجلى مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما حدود الحماية الجنائية للطبيب في النظام السعودي والقانون المصري ؟ 
منهج الدراسة: يحاول الباحث تتبع المنهج الوصفي بطريقته العلمية التي تجمع بين الطريقتين الاستقرائية والاستنتاجية ، ويعتمد على الأنظمة السعودية واللوائح التفسيرية وما تضمنته من قرارات لها صلة بالموضوع مقارنة بالقانون المصري .
أهم النتائج : 
1.	أن الحماية الجنائية هي مجموعة الأحكام والقواعد الجنائية الموضوعية والإجرائية التي توصل بها المنظم لوقاية مصلحة معينة ضد المساس بها، وفرض جزاء جنائياً على هذا الأساس .
2.	أن  دور مهنة الطب تنحصر مهمته أن يكون عمل الطبيب خالصاً لمرضاة الله وخدمة المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، وأن يكون الطبيب قدوة حسنة في المجتمع يلتزم بالمبادئ والمثل العليا ، أن يكون الطبيب أميناً على حق المواطن في الحصول على الرعاية الصحية الواجبة .
3.	أن وسائل الحماية الجنائية هي العقوبة ، لما تحققه الردع العام والخاص ، وتعد العقوبة هي الوسيلة الفعالة والقوية للحماية الجنائية.
أهم التوصيات : 
1.	ضرورة التدخل التنظيمي والتشريعي لإضافة مواد خاصة لحماية الطبيب  .
2.	 بإدخال فكرة التدابير الاحترازية لحماية الطبيب وعدم الاقتصار على العقوبات العامة وجعلها من وسائل الحماية الجنائية للطبيب ، بالشكل الذي يجعلها تحقق ، الردع بنوعيه العام والخاص.
3.	إضفاء حماية بالقدر اللازم للطبيب حتى يتمكن من أداء عمله بدون خوف أو أيدي مرتعشة مما يساعد على تقدمه وتطور علمه ، الأمر الذي يعود في النهاية على المجتمع والفرد; Study Title: Criminal protection of a doctor in the Saudi regime and the Egyptian law (A comparative study)

Research Problem: The problem of the study could be summarized in the following question : What's the limits of the criminal protection of a doctor in the Saudi regime and the Egyptian law ? 
Research Methodology: the researcher trying to trace his way scientific descriptive approach that combines inductive and deductive methods, and systems based on Saudi Arabia and interpretive regulations, and its contents from the decisions of relevance compared to the Egyptian law.
Main Results:
1.	That protection is a group of criminal provisions and rules of criminal substantive and procedural , which begged them to protect the interest of orderly certain prejudice against them , and the imposition of a criminal penalty on this basis 
2.	The role of the medical profession confine his mission to be the work of a doctor purely for the pleasure of God and serve the community in which they live , and have the doctor set a good example in the community is committed to the principles and ideals , to be honest doctor on citizen's right to access to health care due .
3.	That the means of protection are criminal punishment , to achieve deterrence, public and private , and the longer the sentence is powerful and effective way to protect the criminal .

Main Recommendations :
1-	The need for regulatory intervention and the legislature to add a special material to protect the doctor .
2-	 Introducing the idea of precautionary measures to protect the doctor promised limited to sanctions and make public the means of protection from the criminal to the doctor, as you check them , both types of deterrence and public sectors.
Give immunity to the extent necessary for the doctor so he can do his job without fear or trembling hands , helping to lead the development of knowledge , which is due to end on community -and-run
