Research Problem : The problem of study is representing identifying the role of efforts of the council of Al-Nadheem volunteerism neighborhood and its role in achieving security and development for the residents of the neighborhood.
Study Objectives:  The present study aims to identify the role of efforts of the council of Al-Nadheem volunteerism neighborhood and its role in achieving security and development for the residents of the neighborhood 
Study Population : All members of Al-Nadheem volunteering neighborhood, and the sample is (48) members according to Secretary General of the Council and also the population of Al-Nadheem neighborhood who participated or collaborated or benefited from the activities of the Council and the sample is consisted of (214) of individual residents of the neighborhood.
 Study Methodology And Tools: the researcher used the analytic descriptive method in his study, and also he used the questionnaire as the study's instrument to collect the data and information. 
Main Results:  
1-Of  the most important volunteering efforts carried out by the Al-Nadheem  volunteering neighborhood from the standpoint of the members of Al-Nadheem volunteering neighborhood in achieving security within the neighborhood are representing in ( Council contribution to the development of the neighborhood significantly - Council provides appropriate training methods with volunteering programs needed by the neighborhood.
2-The most proposals that can be carried out by the Council Al-Nadheem  volunteering neighborhood from the standpoint of the members of Al-Nadheem volunteering neighborhood in achieving security within the neighborhood are representing in ( the adoption of the Council in collaboration with stakeholders to strategy includes a futuristic vision to achieve security in the neighborhood - revitalization efforts of the Nadheem board to educate citizens about the importance of volunteering in the development of the neighborhood 
3-The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less in the respondents' trends  on " volunteering efforts carried out by the Al-Nadheem  volunteering neighborhood from the standpoint of the members of Al-Nadheem volunteering neighborhood ," according to marital status and age variables.
4-There are  statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less in the trends of members of the study about the ( voluntary efforts by Al-Nadheem volunteering neighborhood in achieving security and development), depending on the participation in the project of the Al-Nadheem volunteering board  , and that the differences for the benefit of the citizens of the neighborhood who participated in the projects of Al-Nadheem volunteer ing neighborhood.
Main Recommendations: 
•	The volunteering board should develop the vision to achieve the  security and stability within the neighborhood
 The board should perform its role related to street children welfare and protect them from engaging in delinquency and crime; مشكلة الدراسة : تتركز مشكلة الدراسة في معرفة " ما دور الجهود التطوعية لمجلس حي النظيم التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن والتنمية لسكان هذا الحي" 
أهداف الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى بيان دور الجهود التطوعية لمجلس حي النظيم التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن والتنمية لسكان هذا الحي 
مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها : جميع أعضاء حي مجلس النظيم التطوعي وبلغ حجم العينة (48) عضو وأيضا سكان حي النظيم الذين شاركوا أو تعاونوا أو استفادوا من نشاطات المجلس وبلغ حجم العينة (214) فرد من سكان الحي.
منهج الدراسة وادواتها : المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , وقد استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة 
أهم النتائج :
1- أهم الجهود التطوعية التي يقوم بها مجلس حي النظيم التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن والتنمية من وجهة نظر سكان حي النظيم تتمثل في ( مساهمة المجلس في تنمية الحي بدرجة كبيرة - يقدم المجلس أساليب تدريب مناسبة مع برامج التطوع التي يحتاجها الحي .
2- أهم المقترحات التي يمكن أن يقوم بها مجلس حي النظيم التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن والتنمية تتمثل في ( تبني المجلس بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية لإستراتيجية تتضمن رؤية مستقبلية لتحقيق الأمن داخل الحي - تنشيط جهود مجلس حي النظيم الرامية إلى توعية المواطنين بأهمية التطوع في تنمية الحي .
3- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد الدراسة حول " الجهود التطوعية التي يقوم بها مجلس حي النظيم التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن والتنمية داخل الحي"  باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية والعمر.
أهم التوصيات: 
•	قيام المجلس بوضع رؤية يمكن من خلالها تحقيق الاستقرار الأمني داخل الحي .
•	أداء المجلس لدوره الخاص برعاية أطفال الشوارع وحمايتهم من الانحراف والانخراط في الإجرام
