Study Title : developing the skills of collecting inferences and investigations and their relationship with demographic variables.
Student : Mohammed Fayhan Aayish Alherthi.
Academic Supervisor: : Lieutenant General , prof. Abbass Abu Shama Abdulmahmoud Study Problem: the study problem had been summarized in the following question: what are the methods of developing the skills of collecting inferences and investigations and their relationship with demographic variables of special military police officers?
Study Population (Sample) : the study community included investigation officers and supervisors related to investigation works in special military police of land forces with number about (300) individuals, and the sample size was (160) individuals.
Study Methodology: the researcher used the correlative descriptive method and used the questionnaire to collect field data.
Significant Results :
1. Study individuals strongly agree on the skills required for investigator with mean (4.56 out of 5).
2. The results indicated that the methods of developing research and investigation skills are very suitable with mean (4.27 out of 5).
3. The results indicated that the methods of developing arresting skills are very suitable with mean (4.23 out of 5).
4. The results indicated that the methods of developing searching skills are very suitable with mean (4.26 out of 5).
5. The results indicated that the methods of developing reviewing skills are very suitable with mean (4.27 out of 5).
6. The results indicated that the methods of developing dealing with witnesses skills are suitable with mean (4.20 out of 5).
7. The results indicated that the methods of developing cross-examination skills are very suitable with mean (4.28 out of 5).
8. The results indicated that there aren't statistically significant differences on level 0.05 and less concerning the trends of study sample about the pivots and dimensions of the study according to age and number of training courses variables.
Recommendations :
1. Putting criteria to select investigators who have the required personal and innate characteristics and skills to work in the field of investigation.
2. Designing training programs to be effective in increasing the effectiveness of methods of developing investigation skills.
3. Increasing the number of scholars to specialized universities and colleges in the field of security and policy sciences.
4. Caring for material and moral incentives for distinguished investigators.
5. Increasing the number of lectures, workshops and discussion seminars in addition to illustrated the cases related to developing investigation skills in special military policy.
6. Caring for transferring experiences continuously from old to present.
7. Being interested in selecting high experienced and well trained trainers.

مشكلة الدراسة : تبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي التالي : ما وسائل تنمية مهارات جمع

مجتمع وعينة الدراسة : يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من ضباط التحقيق والمباحث والمشرفين ذوي الصلة
بأعمال التحقيق بالشرطة العسكرية الخاصة للقوات البرية والبالغ عددهم حوالي
(300) مفردة , وبلغ حجم العينة (160) مفردة .
منهج الدراسة وادواتها : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي, واستخدم الاستبيانة لجمع البيانات
الميدانية .

أهم النتائج :
1- أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بشدة على المهارات اللازم توفرها في المحقق بمتوسط حسابي(4.56من5).
2- بينت النتائج أن اساليب تنمية مهارات البحث والتحري مناسبة جداً,بمتوسط حسابي(4.27من 5).
3- بينت النتائج أن اساليب تنمية مهارات القبض مناسبة جداً, بمتوسط حسابي(4.23 من 5).
4- بينت النتائج أن اساليب تنمية مهارات التفتيش مناسبة جداً , بمتوسط حسابي(4.26 من 5).
5- بينت النتائج أن اساليب تنمية مهارات المعاينة مناسبة جداً, بمتوسط حسابي(4.27 من 5) .
6- بينت النتائج أن اساليب تنمية مهارات التعامل مع الشهود مناسبة , بمتوسط حسابي(4.20 من 5).
7- بينت النتائج أن أسلوب تنمية مهارات الاستجواب مناسبة جداً , بمتوسط حسابي(4.28 من 5).
8- بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول محاور وإبعاد الدراسة باختلاف متغير العمر, عدد الدورات التدريبية.

أهم توصيات:
1- وضع معايير لاختيار المحققين بحيث يتوافر في المحقق الصفات الشخصية والمهارات الفطرية المطلوبة للعمل في مجال التحقيق .
2- تصميم برامج التدريب بحيث تتضمن البرامج زيادة فاعلية أساليب تنمية مهارات التحقيق.
3- زيادة اعداد المبتعثين إلى الجامعات والكليات المتخصصة في العلوم الشرطية والأمنية .
4- الاهتمام بالحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمحققين المتميزين .
5- زيادة عدد المحاضرات وورش العمل وحلقات النقاش وعرض الحالات الخاصة بتنمية مهارات التحقيق بالشرطة العسكرية الخاصة.
6- الاهتمام بنقل الخبرات بصورة مستمرة من الأقدم إلى الاحدث .
7- العناية باختيار مدربين على مستوى عال من الخبرة والتدريب.
