مشكلة الدراسة : تنحصر مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على الخصائص الديموغرافية ، والعوامل الاجتماعية المرتبطة بارتكاب النساء لجريمة القتل في المجتمع السعودي.
أهداف الدراسة :تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص الديموغرافية ، والعوامل الاجتماعية المرتبطة بارتكاب النساء لجريمة القتل في المجتمع السعودي.
مجتمع الدراسة : النزيلات القاتلات في سجن النساء بالرياض ، وسجن الطائف ، وسجن منطقة مكة ، وسجن جدة ، وسجن منطقة عسير ؛ والبالغ عددهن (16) ، أثناء فترة تطبيق الدراسة ، ونظراً لصغر مجتمع الدراسة في جريمة القتل ؛ قامت الباحثة بمسح شامل لكامل مجتمع الدراسة .
منهج الدراسة وأداتها : استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ؛ حيث يتناسب مع أهداف الدراسة ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة أداة المقابلة .
أهم النتائج :
• بينت الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثات يعانين من فقدان أحد الوالدين ، أو كلاهما , وأن الأمية ، وتدني المستوى التعليمي مرتفع عند الوالدين ، وأن معظمهن نشأن في أسر متصدعة عاطفياً وأخلاقياً ، والغالبية منهن يتلقين معاملة سيئة من إخوانهن ، والغالبية نشأن في أسر تعاني من الخلافات .
• بينت الدراسة أن معظم المبحوثات تزوجن في سن مبكر ، ومنهن مَنْ أُجْبِرَتْ على الزواج ، وأن أزواجهن متزوجون من أخريات ، وأغلبهن علاقاتهن سيئة مع الزوج ، وتعاني أغلب المبحوثات من قسوة الزوج ، وتغيبه عن المنزل ، وتحملهن مسئولية رعاية الأبناء لوحدهن .
• بينت الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثات علاقتهن بالصديقات ، والجيران جيدة.
• بينت الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثات لا يوجد لديهن وقت فراغ ؛ واللاتي لديهن وقت فراغ؛ يقضينه مع أسرهن في مشاهدة التلفاز.
• بينت الدراسة أن هناك ضعف في الحالة الاقتصادية لدى المبحوثات ، من تدني دخل أسرهن ، والسكن في أماكن ضيقة ، وفي الأحياء الشعبية والمتوسطة.
• بينت الدراسة وجود ارتباط بين عدد مرات الزواج ، والمصدر الذي تعلمت منه المبحوثة طريقة القتل ، ووجود ارتباط بين معاملة أسرة المنشأ للمبحوثة وارتكابها لجريمة القتل ، ووجود ارتباط بين الأشخاص الذين تلجأ إليهم المبحوثة ، وارتكابها لجريمة القتل .
أهم التوصيات :
• توعية المجتمع بأهمية التنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة ؛ القائمة على معرفة الحاجات النفسية ، والعضوية لأفراد الأسرة ، وإشباعها.
• إقامة مركز لتقديم الاستشارات الأسرية ، والاجتماعية مجاناً ، ويكون له رقم موحد ، والتعريف به عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة .
• تقديم دورات تأهيلية للمقدمين على الزواج ، وألا يتم الزواج إلا بحصول كل زوج ، وزوجة على شهادة حصول على هذه الدورة.
• على وسائل الإعلام أن تودي رسالتها بصدق وأمانة في الإرشاد والتوجيه والتوعية الأمنية.

Study problem: study problem is confined to identifying the demographic characteristics, and social factors associated with women committing murder in Saudi society.
Study objectives: The study aims to identify the demographic characteristics, and social factors associated with women committing murder in Saudi society.
Study population: (16) inmates assassins during the period of application of the study in the women's prison in Riyadh, the imprisonment of Taif, the imprisonment of the Mecca region, the imprisonment of Jeddah, the imprisonment of the Asir region. Due to the small population of the study in the murder; researcher has a comprehensive survey of the entire study population.
Study tools and methodology: the researcher used the descriptive approach, where it commensurate with the objectives of the study, the researcher has used the interview tool.

Key Findings:
• The study showed that the majority of respondents suffer from the loss of a parent, or both. the parents’ Illiteracy is high ,and level of education is low., and most of them grew up in emotionally and morally flawed families, and the majority of them are receiving ill-treatment of their brothers, the majority grew up in families suffering from differences .
• The study showed that most of the respondents were married at an early age. Some were forced to marry, their husbands are married to other, most of them have bad relationships with their husbands, most of respondents suffer from the cruelty of their husbands and their absence from the home and most of them incurred the responsibility of raising children on their own.
• The study showed that most of respondents have good relationships with friends and neighbors.
• The study showed that the majority of respondents have no free time; and those who have who have leisure time; spent it with their families in watching TV.
• The study showed that there is a decline in the standard of living of the respondents, the low income of their families, living in tight places, in the popular neighborhoods and medium enterprises.
• The study showed that there is a link between the marriage number, and the source whom the respondents learned the method of killing. Also there is a Correlation between the way how the family of the respondent treats her and the way how she committed the murder. Correlation between the people that the respondent might resort to and the Commit murder of murder.
Most important recommendations:
• Community awareness of the importance of proper upbringing which is based on knowledge of the psychological and organic of the family members and how to satisfy it.
• Establish a free family counseling and social center, with uniform number and publicize it across media.
• Provide training sessions for spouses who want to get married, and this marriage can only be done if both spouses obtain a certificate of attendance of the session.
• The media must carry out its mission with honesty and integrity in counseling and guidance and Security Awareness.
