520			_aمشكلة الدراسة : ما التصور الاستراتيجي لتنمية الشخصية القيادية لدى ضباط الحرس الوطني؟ المنهجية والإجراءات:استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج التاريخي , والمنهج الوصفي، واستخدم عمليات التحليل الإحصائي. المجتمع والعينة: تكون مجتمع الدراسة من ضباط لواء الملك خالد للأمن الخاص بالرياض، و عددهم (240) ضابطا ، والذين يحملون الرتبة من (ملازم – رائد) وقد قام الباحث باختيار عينة الدراسة. وتم اختيار حجم العينة (60) ضابطاً حيث قام الباحث بإجراء المقابلة الشخصية لعدد(10) ضباط ، وعدد (50) ضابطا قام الباحث بتطبيق الاستبيان عليهم. أهم النتائج من المنظور الإستراتيجي : - اجتياز الضباط للبرامج التدريبية يعد بمثابة جاهزيتهم للقيادة. - هناك مرونة وحوار ونقاش دائم بين القادة والضباط. -القادة بالحرس الوطني قدوة للضباط ويتأثرون بهم. -إجراء اختبارات تحديد مستوى قبل وبعد الّتدريب التوصيات: -ومن خلال النتائج البحثية والاحصائية ,تم التوصل لبعض التوصيات وهي : - توحيد الجهود وتنسيقها لزيادة فاعلية البرامج الّتدريبية التي تقدم لضباط الحرس الوطني ، والحد من المعوقات التي تواجههم في الاستفادة القصوى من هذه البرامج. - إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات في مجال فاعّلية البرامج الّتدريبية بالمراكز التدريبية العسكرية - دعم البرامج الّتدريبية التي تقدم لضباط الحرس الوطني ، حيث بينت نتائج الدراسة مساهمتها في تنمية قدرات ضباطها - توفير الامكانات المالية والفنية اللازمة لتنفيذ وتصميم خطط تدريب تنمية الشخصية القيادية في الحرس الوطني.
520			_aStudy problem: What is the strategic vision to develop the leading personality to the officers of National Guard? Study method and procedures: The researcher used the historical approach, the descriptive approach, statistical analysis processes. Community and sample: The study community consisted of officers of King Khalid Brigade for special security in Riyadh city. Their number was 240 officers that their ranks ranged from (lieutenant to major). Where the researcher chose the study sample. The size of the sample was 60 officers as the researcher conducted the interview for (10) officers and applied the questionnaire on 50 of them. The most important results from the strategic perspective: - The passing of the officers in the training programs indicated that they were ready for leadership. - There was a flexibility, permanent dialogue and discussion among leaders and officers. - Leaders in the national guards were considered ideals for officers as they were affected by them. - Conducting tests that determined the level before and after training. - From the research and statistical results, the researcher reached some recommendations as follows: o Unifying and coordinating efforts to increase the efficiency of the training programs submitted to the national guards officers and limiting and preventing obstacles that face them within achieving the maximum benefits of these programs. o The researcher recommended conducting more researches and studies in the field of the efficiency of the training programs in the military training centers. o Supporting the training programs submitted to the national guards officers as the results of the study indicated their contribution in developing the officers' abilities. o Saving the necessary financial and technical possibilities to design and carry out training plans to develop the leading personality in the national guards.
