مشكلة الدراسة : تبلورت مشكلة البحث في مدى مساهمة برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة في تحقيق أهدافه المحددة له وفقاً لوجهة نظر طلاب كلية الملك فهد الأمنية .
أهداف الدراسة :
1- الوقوف على مدى تحقيق برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة للأهداف المحددة له من وجهة نظر طلاب كلية الملك فهد الأمنية .
2- الكشف عن الأساليب المتبعة لتحقيق أهداف برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة من وجهة نظر طلاب كلية
طلاب كلية الملك فهد الأمنية .
3- الوقوف على آراء ومقترحات مجتمع الدراسة في برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة لتطوير هذا البرنامج
4- التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في استجابات الطلاب طبقاً لمتغيراتهم الشخصية والوظيفية .
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة : يتكون مجتمع هذه الدراسة من جميع طلاب المستوى الثاني جامعيين بالمديرية العامة لكلية الملك فهد الأمنية المتدربين في مراكز ومخافر الشرطة بقطاع الأمن العام والبالغ عددهم ( 273 ) متدرباَ ، والقائمين على تنفيذ البرنامج وعددهم ( 116 ) ضابطاً حيث تم اختيار ( 30 ) ضابطاً منهم .
منهج الدراسة وأدواتها : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي من خلال المسح الاجتماعي الشامل باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، واستخدم المقابلة لعينة من القائمين على تنفيذ برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز ومخافر الشرطة.
أهم النتائــــج : 1- تحقيق برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة لأهدافه المحددة بدرجة متوسطة .
2- استخدام الأساليب التدريبية في برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة بدرجة متوسطة .
3- أفراد مجتمع الدراسة موافقون على سبل تطوير برنامج التدريب الميداني في مراكز الشرطة .
أهم التوصيات : 1- العمل على توسيع مشاركة المتدربين ميدانياً في الحوادث الجنائية والأحداث الأمنية .
2- تكثيف استلام المناوبات مع ضابط خفر المركز لتحقيقه معظم أهداف البرنامج .
3- وضع آلية تضمن تنقل المتدربين بين جميع الشعب والوحدات (الدوريات ، البحث ، التحقيق ) ،
لاكتساب مهارة تجنيد المرشدين وأساليب التعامل معهم وأساليب التنكر كوسائل لجمع المعلومات .
4- الاهتمام بالتدريب على المكاتبات التي تتم حيال القضية بين المركز والجهات المتخصصة ذات العلاقة.
5- تكثيف زيارة الطلاب المعينين على ملاك قطاع الأمن العام لمراكز الشرطة في الفترة المسائية
أثناء السنة الدراسية الثانية في الكلية .
6- تكثيف التدريب على القواعد الفنية لتحرير محضر جمع الاستدلالات .
7- الاهتمام بالتدريب على كيفية تطبيق الاستيقاف والقبض والتفتيش طبقاً لنظام الإجراءات الجزائية .
8- تصنيف مراكز الشرطة ليتم توزيع المتدربين على المراكز الأكثر تنوعاً في القضايا الجنائية .
9- افتتاح مركز شرطة دائم في الكلية.

Research Problem :
The research addresses the issue of the extent to which the field training programme in police stations contributes towards achieving its goals as viewed by students of King Fahad Security College.
Study Objectives:
- To assess the extent to which students of King Fahd Security College perceive the field training programme in police stations as achieving its pre-set goals.
- To identify the methods used to achieve the objectives of the field training programme in police stations as viewed by students of King Fahd Security College.
- To elicit the research participants' views and suggestions for improving the field training programme in police stations.
- To identify statistical differences in participants' responses in the light of their individual and occupational characteristics.
Study Population ( Sample) :
The population of this study includes all the level-two students of King Fahd Security College, 273 in total, who underwent practical training at police stations in the Directorate of Public Security. In addition, a sample of 30 participants were selected to represent the 116 officers who supervised the implementation of the program.

Research Methodology and toliy
A descriptive approach based on survey was implemented by the researcher to gain participants' views using questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Besides, interviews were conducted with the sample selected from the officers who supervised the implementation of the field training program in police stations.
Main Results:
- The goals set out for the field training program in police stations were achieved at an average degree.
- Training methods were used in the field training program in police stations at an average degree.
- The results show an agreement amongst the study participants on how the field training program in police stations might be developed.
Main Recommendations:
- Attention should be paid to expanding students' field participation in handling criminal incidents and security events.
- Accompanying a full-day duty officer in police stations should be undertaken by students more frequently as this was perceived to be an effective way of achieving most of the training programme goals.
- Develop a mechanism to ensure the movement of trainees between all divisions and units (journals, research, investigation), to acquire the skill to recruit advisors and methods of dealing with them as well as denial methods as a means to gather information.
- Pay Attention to correspondence training which is made on the case between the center and the relevant specialized agencies
- Evening visits to police stations during the second year of study at King Fahd Security College should be intensified for students assigned for the
Directorate of Public Security.
- Intensify training on technical rules for the release of collecting evidence Minutes.
- Pay Attention to training on how to apply the immpbilization , arrest and inspection in accordance with the Criminal Procedure .
- Police stations should be classified in advance according to the diversity of the type of criminal incidents handled, and those stations with the
most varied types should be targeted for training students.
- A permanent police station needs to be established in the College to contribute to the training of students in police work.
