Dissertation Title: Effectiveness of the training program for the development of methods to build educational values to primary teachers .

Study Problem: The problem of the study is summarized in answering the main question: What the effectiveness of the proposed training program for the development of methods to build educational values to primary teachers ?
Study Sample and Society: Elementary stage teachers in the city of Riyadh represented study population, fifty of them were constituted in two groups that represented the study sample; experimental group and control group.
Methodology of the Study: The study relied on a quasi-experimental approach of two groups and pre and post tests.
Study Tool: A training program was designed for teachers to develop methods of building the educational values they have, and then to build a tool to measure teachers attitudes before and after the program for the two experimental and control groups, that harmonizes the problem of the study and answer the question of the study and takes into account the privacy of the study community.
Significant Findings:
 Statistically significant differences in the average degree of post evaluation between the experimental group and the control group in the components of the attitudes at a degree of (0.05) or less for the favor of the experimental group.
 Statistically significant differences between the average degree of pre and post evaluation at the experimental group in the components of the attitudes at a degree of (0.05) or less for the favor of post evaluation.
 A lack of statistically significant differences at the level of ( 0.05) or less between the attitudes of the members of the study towards the use of methods of building the educational values of the experimental group in post evaluation of the different demographic variables.
 A lack of Significant differences between the results that confirm the effectiveness of the program in modifying attitudes of teachers towards the use of methods of building educational values.
 That the attitudes of the study sample towards the use of cognitive methods before the program were the highest, followed by the trend towards the use of sentimental methods, and finally, the trend towards the use of the behavioral methods, but after the program the trend towards the use of the behavioral methods was the highest, followed by the trend towards the use of cognitive methods and finally the trend towards the use of sentimental methods.
 Based on the results, the study has recommended to circulate the program on the educational training departments in other educational regions, after its implementation having been -thank God–approved and adopted at the educational training department in Riyadh.

مشكلة الدراسة : تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس: ما مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية أساليب بناء القيم التربوية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية ؟
منهج الدراسة : اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي لمجموعتين واختبارين قبلي وبعدي .
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة : يمثل معلمو المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الرياض مجتمع الدراسة ، تشكل منهم عدد خمسين معلما في إطار مجموعتين مثلتا عينة الدراسة ؛ أحدها تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة .
أداة الدراسة : تم تصميم برنامج تدريبي لتنمية أساليب بناء القيم التربوية لدى المعلمين ، ثمّ بناء أداة لقياس اتجاهات المعلمين قبل وبعد البرنامج للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ، بما يوائم مشكلة الدراسة ويمكّن من الإجابة على تساؤل الدراسة ويراعي خصوصية مجتمع البحث .
أهم النتائج :
• وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط درجات القياس البعدي بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في مكونات الاتجاه عند درجة (0.05) أو أقل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية .
• وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات القياس البعدي والقياس القبلي لدى المجموعة التجريبية في مكونات الاتجاه عند درجة (0.05) أو أقل لصالح القياس البعدي .
• عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) أو أقل بين اتجاهات أفراد الدراسة نحو استخدام أساليب بناء القيم التربوية للمجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي لاختلاف المتغيرات الديمغرافية .
• هناك ثبات وتوافق بين النتائج تؤكد فاعلية البرنامج في تعديل اتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام أساليب بناء القيم التربوية .
• إن اتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو استخدام الأساليب المعرفية قبل البرنامج كانت الأعلى يليها الاتجاه نحو استخدام الأساليب الوجدانية وأخيرا الاتجاه نحو استخدام الأساليب السلوكية ، أما بعد البرنامج فكان الاتجاه نحو استخدام الأساليب السلوكية الأعلى يليه الاتجاه نحو استخدام الأساليب المعرفية وأخيرا الاتجاه نحو استخدام الأساليب الوجدانية .
• بناء على النتائج فقد أوصت الدراسة بتعميم البرنامج بإدارات التدريب التربوي في المناطق التعليمية الأخرى، بعد أن تمّ – بحمد الله-إقراره واعتماد تنفيذه في إدارة التدريب التربوي بمنطقة الرياض.
